James Govan, CEO

James leads the Sogeti Ireland team of over 200 highly skilled business professionals and technological experts across all sectors in Ireland.

James joined Sogeti in 2013 and has transformed it, growing the business 10-fold in that time. He attributes this success to building a strong team, with good foundations in place and a clear vision for the company focused on strong delivery excellence to clients while enabling the Sogeti team to develop and grow their careers in parallel with the business.

Tara Lavin, Financial Controller

A qualified finance professional, Tara is responsible for the financial management and health of Sogeti Ireland’s business. With significant experience in Big 4 practice and fast-growing SME, she is an advisor to our CEO and Management Team.

Tara’s lean thinking and practice will ensure that Sogeti’s exponential growth is profitable growth – meaning success for the organisation, our people and our customers.

Claire Tuckwell, Senior HR Business Partner

Claire oversees the HR function in Ireland where she leads the strategic development and implementation of human resource initiatives to support the company’s growth and employee engagement. With extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and workplace culture, Claire plays a key role in aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Her expertise includes driving recruitment strategies, enhancing employee well-being programs, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Claire is known for her approachable leadership style and her commitment to creating an environment where employees can thrive and excel. She is passionate about empowering teams and promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development.

Marie O’Connor, COO

Marie is the Chief Operating Officer at Sogeti Ireland, bringing over 20 years of experience in Technology Consulting across Financial Services, Health and Public Service clients.

She excels in operational strategy, business development and team leadership. She has a wealth of knowledge in designing and delivering complex systems, integration projects and implementing managed service capabilities.

An experienced leader, Marie encourages a fail fast, learn faster environment providing hands on coaching to our teams across the business.

Austin Cregan, Solutions Director

Austin has worked with a vast number of organisations across multiple industries to help them achieve their transformation and digital ambitions. Having spent many years leading large implementation programmes, Austin now provides assurance over our solutioning to ensure we are developing sustainable value-making solutions for our customers.
